Questions

What counts as a project, and as a build?

A project is one client’s site. A build is Sonder making it: a hero, a landing page or the whole site. Picking up a paused build isn’t a new one, and changes to a built site come from their own, larger allowance.

What happens at the end of the trial?

The trial has no clock: it covers one client project, start to finish, on a Sonder link with a small “Made with Sonder”. To export the code, put the site on the client’s domain, drop the badge or start the next project, choose a plan.

On an annual plan, do the allowances reset every month?

Yes. Annual is the same plan, paid for the year at a lower price, and its builds and images start again on the 1st of every month.

What if I have a busy month?

Add a credit pack. Packs cost the same on every plan, add builds on top of your allowance and don’t expire at the month’s end.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account, where you can also change plans and find your invoices.
